If you need help with your course or have a query relating to your course, including your assignments, please contact your tutor. You will have received an email with your tutor's contact details on it when you enrolled - if you can't find these details, just contact Student Services who will be able to put you in touch.
If you need to make an appeal against a grade or assessment decision (and have been unable to resolve the matter with your tutor) please contact the relevant Faculty Manager in writing within five working days of receiving your tutor's final decision:
